Pay only a deposit for your reservation
In general when you book an excursion or one of our services, you just pay a deposit.
This is described as “Deposit” the deposit serves as a prepayment and is taken from the total amount you have to pay. This assures you to have your booking reserved, “To Pay or Arrival” means the outstanding amount that still needs to be paid. This has to be paid on the day of your activity at the location itself to the tour operator.

Sorry to say but we are very busy! Last minute bookings are quite impossible but we will always do our best to find something in case it’s Last Minute. BEST Services Gran Canaria will always do what they can to give you the BEST Excursion however we work with providers to book excursions in. We have to contact them first in order to confirm your booking. Therefore we always ask you to contact us first to check availability for almost any activity booked less than 7 days in advance.

At BEST Services Gran Canaria Excursions cancellation policies vary by individual trips. For basic activities, we typically require 24-48 hours’ minimum notice, while more exclusive trips and experiences need 7+ day notice. Private and group events often require longer notice periods. Please note that deposits don’t cover the full cost of the activity or booked trip. If you need to cancel within the notice period, you can opt for a full refund, reschedule, or receive a gift card.
BEST Services GC may need to verify circumstances with our partners. The exact cancellation policy can vary from time to time. Some companies therefore ask for a full payment or held us and or the client responsible when cancelling after the maximum notice time.

In certain cases we require full payment at least 7 days before the boat trip is due
Cancellation up to 14 days before the event 100% refund.
Cancellation up to 12 days before the event 50% refund from Deposit.
Cancellation 5 days before the event 0% refund.
