Excellent service! The staff is professional and highly trustworthy. I was particularly impressed with the full-risk, zero-deductible insurance and the fact that no security deposit was needed. A big thank you for the car class upgrade! The hybrid vehicle was superb and handled the mountain roads perfectly. Highly recommend and will definitely use this service again!

Having used the company previously for airport transfers we rebooked them again this year. Unfortunately we had a dreadful experience. A mixup with our booking on arrival that we eventually sorted with the driver and then our taxi not turning up for our return trip, really let us down. And worse, not as much as an apology. They really need to improve communications with the customer

This was the third year we've hired a car (Mazda MX5) and the second year we've used the airport transfer service. Communication is always quick and easy via WhatsApp; the hire vehicles are always of excellent quality and the airport transfers are totally stress free. All in all, an exceptional service from Best and why we'll be using them again in 2026!
